TurboLamik ZF 8HP TCU 2.0 Standalone Transmission Controller - Basic Package

TurboLamik TCU 2.0 is a standalone controller for ZF 8HP automatic gearboxes — it replaces the factory transmission control so the 8HP can run in almost any vehicle. OEM-style shift quality on the road with full race features when you want them, and nearly 10 years of development behind it.

Supported transmissions

8HP45, 8HP50, 8HP55, 8HP70, 8HP75, 8HP90. Not suitable for 8HP51 or 8HP76.

Features

• 8 configurable driving modes — automatic, manual and semi-automatic shifting
• 2 CAN channels (125 / 250 / 500 / 1000 kbps); inputs configurable as CAN or analog (RPM, MAP, TPS, brake)
• 12 auxiliary outputs, including a speed signal output
• Auto adaptation, diagnostics with fault memory, online software updates
• Transbrake start, virtual clutch, downshift blip, race start, high-idle clutch strategy

• PCB for the mechatronic

Note: installation requires modifying the factory mechatronic — the supplied PCB replaces the factory TCU board and connects directly to the gearbox solenoids and sensors. Wiring harness is not included — see the TurboLamik TCU 2.0 basic CAN bus wiring harness.
