Stage 2 & Stage 3 Hybrid Turbos — M57N / M57N2 Engines
Upgrade your BMW diesel engine with our Stage 2 and Stage 3 hybrid turbos, custom-built for M57N and M57N2 engines. Designed for 4WD conversions, these turbos offer power, efficiency, and reliability in one complete package.
Made to order — every turbo is built to order, with a lead time of 4–6 weeks (including items showing as in stock).
Power Ratings
Stage 2: Up to 380HP
Stage 3: Up to 440HP
Note: M57N2 engines require an R90 fuel pump upgrade to reach maximum performance.
Engineered for Conversions
Top-mounted electronic actuators improve chassis clearance.
M57N 3-bolt flange turbo has been modified to support electronic actuator control, replacing the stock vacuum operated actuator.
Performance Features
Electronic actuator provides faster, more accurate VNT response and increased reliability.
Stage 2 turbo features a custom inducer wheel for more airflow and less lag.
Stage 3 turbo features a custom inducer wheel, plus a larger and lighter exhaust wheel and shaft (130g vs stock 182g), reducing back pressure, increasing flow, and improving spool time.
Tuning & Installation
ECU tuning is required for M57N for electronic actuator operation.
We offer a plug-and-play electronic actuator conversion harness.
All tuning is available in-house at ASLmods. Contact within.
Tuning is required for all upgraded turbos after installation.

We ship Australia-wide from our Myaree, WA workshop. Large items such as kits, radiators and gearbox adapters ship by freight and are quoted at checkout.
Local pickup available from 1/20 Thurso Rd, Myaree WA 6154, Monday to Friday 7am–4pm — just choose pickup at checkout.
