Introducing the ASLmods Billet Aluminum Valve Cover, precision-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum to replace the factory plastic valve cover used on Toyota 1KD engines.
Designed, machined, and tested in Perth, Western Australia, this cover provides superior strength, sealing, and reliability—especially for high-boost, performance, and engine conversion builds.
Unlike OEM plastic covers that can warp, crack, or leak under heat and boost pressure, the ASLmods billet design provides a rigid, distortion-free sealing surface and allows proper crankcase ventilation for high-performance diesel engines.
Designed, tested, and manufactured in Perth, Western Australia.

We ship Australia-wide from our Myaree, WA workshop. Large items such as kits, radiators and gearbox adapters ship by freight and are quoted at checkout.
