Some parts included in this conversion are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for fabrication prior to dispatch.

Custom Wiring Harness Modifications
All wiring modifications are completed in-house to suit each individual build. Please allow 4–6 weeks for completion. Lead time begins once the required harness(es) have been received by ASLmods

Customer-Supplied Components (Mandatory)
Customers are required to supply the following:

Engine ECU

Relevant wiring harness(es)

Gearbox TCU (without mechatronics), if applicable

These components are required for:

ECU programming and tuning

Immobiliser removal

Custom harness modification

Orders cannot be completed without these items. Any delays in supplying required components will directly impact turnaround time.

This adapter kit contains

-Adapter Plate for M57N / M57N2 to ZD30 / TD42 / TB42 gearbox

-LUK Flywheel

-Clutch disc (LUK Kevlar lined Aisin Disc)

-Pressure plate (SACHS Performance)

-Flywheel bolts

 

This kit is rated for 700Nm but many of customers are pushing +800Nm without any issues. Clutch discs are always in high stock numbers in case if one would need replacing.

 

*In some transmissions input shaft needs to be shortened by 3-10mm. Please measure clearance from the crankshaft to the input shaft before assembling. 

*Use Nissan clutch bearing

*In some cases, depending on the clutch bearing and type of the slave cylinder, clutch fork/slave cylinder rod might need shortening. Please make sure to adjust master cylinder rod before cutting slave cylinder rod.
