Aluminum clutch kit enabling the connection (swap / conversion) of Ford Barra engines with a manual ZF gearbox (ZF Friedrichshafen) gearbox from BMW.
Custom aluminum flywheel 240mm / 9.45" with interchangeable friction disc (FW001.00.02 spare part available on the website) - adapted for BMW M57 or BMW E46 M3 pressure plate (not compatible with M50 / M52 / M54 / S50 / e36 M3). Each PMC Motorsport flywheel is checked and balanced before shipment, the kit includes all necessary mounting bolts.
Manual Transmission ZF Friedrichshafen GS5-39DZ 5-speed (S5-39DZ), due to its high durability (1000Nm+) and low price, is an ideal solution for drift-prepped cars. ZF GS5-39DZ was installed in BMWs with the cast-iron engine M57 E39 530D 525D and E46 530D. input shaft 28x35-10N

The gearbox adapter is designed to easily facilitate transitions, such as upgrading from a 5-speed to a 6-speed or from a manual to an automatic 8HP or DCT DKG transmission. Simply change the flywheel or converter adapter, and the gearbox adapter remains the same.

The starter remains OE BMW M50-M54.
The bearing and clutch release fork remain from the existing gearbox. If you have a bearing with two height positions, use the 24mm position.
Use a 240mm clutch disc that fits your gearbox.
Replace the original spherical pin (pivot pin) with the custom one from the kit.
